2008-2009: With a new Lean vision of future state, and excitement to excel, further changes to how we think and do begins to affect every part of the company. Large gains are seen in quality, safety, processes and employee engagement.
2010-2011: Holding to our quality policy of continuous improvement through innovation & daily process improvements, we continue to achieve smarter business practices through Lean methods. As we do so, we incite team building, employee empowerment and personal growth opportunities while continuing to serve customers in quality products at competitive rates.
2012:
This year we continue to see reduced time-to-market product
development in the industries we support. While cost is always an
issue if you can’t meet the time lines requested you are not in the
game! Tooling once quoted in weeks and months is, in some cases,
down to days. To achieve this design, build and sign-off phases must
all work in unison. Design, tooling and production teams need to be
fully integrated from initial RFQ to final product delivery.
